Using Michael was a very positive experience from the outset. He responded to our initial enquiry very quickly. He conducted an on site visit immediately, even though we were not in the country. Came back with advice and options, gave us a very competitive quote and arranged a start date to suit us. He was in constant touch to confirm. On the day he was both prompt and very personable. He worked all day removing our old AC unit and installing two new units. He worked until beyond 6pm to finish the job. I should add that it was a local bank holiday which we were unaware of. Top professional, very friendly, lots of good advice.
